Abstract

Research Objective: The aim of the present study is to identify the dimensions of teacher characteristics in classroom management based on Quranic verses related to the management of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and to present a proposed model for student-teachers.
Research Methodology: This qualitative research employed a qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach. The research domain encompassed all 6236 verses of the Holy Quran. The research sample consisted of verses directly addressing the conversation between God and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as the manager and leader of the Islamic community, selected through purposeful sampling. In the subsequent stage, by repeatedly studying the selected verses and reviewing Tafsir Noor (Ayat Messages section), verses related to management, particularly classroom management, were chosen
Key Research Findings: The identified dimensions include: individual dimension, social dimension, and managerial dimension.
Research Results: The results of this research indicate that utilizing Quranic principles in classroom management can not only improve the quality of learning but also pave the way for the upbringing of a generation with a correct understanding of Islamic values. Furthermore, this research can serve as a native and practical model for teachers and educational policymakers in order to enhance the education system.
