Journal Article 2021 06 10 The purpose of the present study is an analysis of the speech act and political background in the ideology of Imam Khumaynī. The main research question is what is the relationship between social-political backgrounds and writing texts by Imam Khumaynī. This research attempts to make use of Ibrahim Barzigar’s theory in his book, <em>Politics as the Way and the Theory of Speech Act with Regard to Political Grounds</em>.  Imam Khumayī initially in some of his books like <em>Kashf Asrār</em> followed his speech act for awakening and opposing the passivity of the seminary and people towards current events. In the next stage, his writing and speech gradually shifted to reforming the ideology of kingdom and afterwards, when he did not get any results from this method, he shifted to changing the common norm and developing his norm by writing <em>Wilāyat-i Faqīh</em>, <em>al-Bay’</em>, and so on. In the subsequent stages, by developing and stabilizing the common norm that is Islamic revolution and Wilāyt-i Faqīh, he dealt with system building and institutionalization. The present research relies on the hypothesis that the course of developing Imam Khumaynī’s common norm with respect to different grounds, initiated by him through writing various books and dissertations. These attempts became fruitful in the form of Islamic revolution and by scientific endeavors and practical leadership to determine the path of revolution as an upright way for all people. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل کنش گفتاری و زمینه سیاسی در اندیشه امام خمینی می باشد. سئوال اصلی این است که چه ارتباطی میان زمینه‌های اجتماعی  -  سیاسی و نگارش متون توسط امام خمینی وجود دارد. در  این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا از نظریه ابراهیم برزگر مأخذ از کتاب سیاست به‌مثابه صراط و نظریه کنش گفتاری با توجه به زمینه‌های سیاسی استفاده شود. امام خمینی در ابتدا با کتاب‌هایی مانند کشف اسرار ،کنش گفتاری خود را در جهت بیدار کردن، مخالفت با انفعال حوزه و مردم نسبت به وقایع روز دنبال کردند. در مراحل بعد گفتار و نوشتار ایشان به تدریج سعی در اصلاح ایدئولوژی سلطنت و با عدم نتیجه گرفتن با این روش به سوی تغییر هنجار مرسوم و تکوین هنجار خویش با نگارش کتاب‌های ولایت فقیه، البیع و... تغییر جهت یافت. در مراحل بعد با تکوین و تثبیت هنجار مرسوم یعنی حکومت اسلامی و ولایت فقیه، به نظام‌سازی و نهادسازی پرداختند. ؟ پژوهش حاضر بر این فرضیه استوار است که  سیر تکوین هنجار مرسوم امام خمینی با توجه به زمینه‌های مختلف توسط ایشان و با نگارش کتاب‌ها و رساله‌های مختلف آغاز گردید.  این تلاش‌ها در قالب انقلاب اسلامی، با مجاهدت‌های علمی و رهبری عملی به بار نشست و مسیر انقلاب را به عنوان یک صراط مستقیم برای همگان مشخص کردند. https://tarbiatmaaref.cfu.ac.ir/article_1716_1dc4928e61474373fee72ab23ca086e8.pdf
